Are your clothes made of Bamboo?
At Rumpy we specialize in creating garments made from sustainable bamboo fabric. Bamboo is a renewable resource that requires minimal water and no pesticides to grow, making it an eco-friendly choice. Check the composition of each clothing item under the "Fabric" tab on the product page.
Why should I choose Bamboo clothing?

What is the difference between Bamboo and Bamboo Viscose?
At Rumpy we use 100% of the bamboo fibers to develop our clothes. Most clothing brands that use Bamboo are actually Bamboo Viscose or Rayon, a less premium fabric type. Read more about the difference here.
How do I wash my Bamboo clothing?
We recommend washing your garments in cold water on a gentle cycle with similar colors. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners as they can degrade the fabric's quality. To maintain the softness and longevity of your bamboo clothing, it's best to line dry or tumble dry on low heat. Following these care instructions will help your bamboo garments retain their shape, color, and overall quality over time.
Undershirts: What is the difference between Uber and Long AF?
Our Undershirts come in two sizes: Uber and Long AF. The Uber is a regular undershirt, only slightly longer than your average men undershirt to stay tucked in all day.
The Long AF is 2 inches longer than the Uber, making it more suitable for men taller than 6'

How do I know which size to order?
To find the perfect fit for your undershirt, underwear or shorts, we recommend referring to our size chart available on each product page. Our size chart provides accurate measurements for each garment, allowing you to select the size that corresponds to your body measurements. If you're unsure about your size, feel free to reach out to our customer support team, who will be happy to assist you in finding the ideal size for your comfort.
If you ordered the wrong size, we offer a 30-day return policy.

How do I track my order?
To track your order, please refer to the tracking number that was sent by email and visit our Track Your Order page. If you did not get a tracking number or lost it, contact us at store@rumpy.co
What is the estimated delivery time?
The delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected. For standard shipping, you can expect your order to arrive within 7-14 business days. Please note that these are estimated times and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
What is your return and refund policy?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy. You can return your unused and unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
